Planning floor space in a project-based company is for sure not simple.

So here we have reached out to Peter, to evaluate our needs for being able to keep sold orders in, but keep them floating until assembly starts, then they must be in a fixed place, at same time as we on weekly basis get new floating quotes in and drop others.

Further, we also have a timeline, linked to the projects, so we can extend period on floor, or moving projects back and forward, just by changing a date directly on timeline.

We ended up with a perfect tool, which gives complete overview, saves a lot of time by loading in projects, and keep the floor space plan updated.

I got to know Peter Rosenbæk from DADREFO during the development of our Floor Space Plan SW tool at Gram Equipment.
